Juan Abad
Juan Abad (February 8, 1872 – December 24, 1932) was a Filipinos, Filipino printer, playwright, and journalist. His main contribution to Filipino theatre was his patriotic plays: the zarzuela ''Ang Tanikalang Guinto'' (The Golden Chain), and ''Isang Punglo ng Kaaway'', the former which, caused his arrest and trial. Malabon, officially the City of Malabon ( fil, Lungsod ng Malabon), is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines.
