Joëlle Ursull
Joëlle Ursull (born 9 November 1960) is a French singer. She performed "White and Black Blues", composed by Georges Augier de Moussac with lyrics by Serge Gainsbourg, in the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 of 5 May 1990. She scored 132 points and was joint second with Ireland, behind " Insieme: 1992" by Toto Cutugno. The single was a hit in France, where it peaked at #2 and remained charted for 26 weeks. Pointe-à-Pitre (; gcf, label=Guadeloupean Creole, Pwentapit, , or simply , ) is the second largest (most populous) city of Guadeloupe after Les Abymes. The Eurovision Song Contest 1989 was the 34th edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Lausanne, Switzerland, following Céline Dion's victory at the with the song "Ne partez pas sans moi". Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Swiss Broadcasting Corporation (SRG SSR), the contest was held at Palais de Beaulieu on 6 May 1989 and was hosted by Swiss model Lolita Morena and journalist Jacques Deschenaux. Twenty-two countries took part in the contest with returning after having been disqualified the year before. The winner was with the song " Rock Me" by Croatian band Riva. Amina Annabi ( ar, أمينة العنابي, Amīna al-ʿAnnābī; born 5 March 1962) is a French-Tunisian singer-songwriter and actress. She finished second in the tied 1991 Eurovision Song Contest, held in Rome, after a countback, scoring equal 146 points alongside Carola from Sweden. Early life Amina was born into a family of musicians. Her father is French and her mother is Tunisian. Nathalie Dominique Françoise Pâque (born 11 May 1977, Liège) is a Belgian singer, best known for her participation on behalf of France in the 1989 Eurovision Song Contest. Pâque was internally selected by channel Antenne 2 to represent France with the song "J'ai volé la vie" ("I've Stolen Life") in the 1989 Eurovision Song Contest, held in Lausanne, Switzerland on 6 May. At five days short of her 12th birthday, Pâque was the youngest performer ever to take a lead vocal at Eurovision. "J'ai volé la vie" finished in eighth place of the 22 entrants.
