João Ricardo Vieira
João Ricardo Vieira da Silva (born July 28, 1984, in Itatinga, São Paulo, Brazil) is a Brazilian professional rodeo cowboy who specializes in bull riding. Since 2013, he has been a top contestant on the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) circuit, qualifying for the PBR World Finals every year since then. Since 2022, he has ridden for the Texas Rattlers during the PBR Team Series season. The Texas Rattlers won the 2023 PBR Team Series championship title. Career Vieira was the 2013 PBR Rookie of the Year. In March 2014, after winning the Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS) Iron Cowboy event at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, he attempted to ride PBR World Champion bull Bushwacker for a $1 million bounty, but was quickly bucked off. Vieira is featured in the Netflix six-part docuseries '' Fearless'' on Brazilian professional bull riders. Itatinga is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population is 20,921 (2020 est.) in an area of 980 km2. The elevation is 845 m. Its name comes from the Tupi language and means "white stone". Arturo Di Modica (January 26, 1941February 19, 2021) was an Italian sculptor, widely known for his ''Charging Bull'' sculpture. English sculptor Henry Moore nicknamed Di Modica “the young Michelangelo” after they met in Italy in the 1960s. Early life Arturo Di Modica was born in Vittoria, Sicily, Vittoria, a small town in the province of Province of Ragusa, Ragusa, Sicily, on January 26, 1941. His father, Giuseppe, owned a grocery store and his mother, Angela, was a homemaker. Inspired by his surroundings, in 2017 Di Modica told an interviewer that as a child he had liked to hang out at the craftsmen's workshops and watch them weaving baskets and carving wooden carts.
