João Baptista Borges
João Baptista Borges (born 4 January 1964, Luanda) is an Angolan academic and politician who served as Minister of Energy and Water under Presidents José Eduardo dos Santos and João Lourenço from 2011 to date. He was a professor of Engineering at Agostinho Neto University and he is a member of the Political Bureau of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) since the 17th June 1998. He speaks fluently three foreign languages, English, French and Spanish. Bengo Province
Bengo is a Provinces of Angola, province of Angola. Its capital is Caxito. It has an area of 31,371 square kilometres, and its population as of the 2014 Census was 356,641. The province was created in 1980 by dividing the original province of Luanda Province, Luanda into Bengo and a new smaller province of Luanda. Green hydrogen (GH2 or GH2) is hydrogen produced by the electrolysis of water, using renewable electricity. Production of green hydrogen causes significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions than production of grey hydrogen, which is derived from fossil fuels without carbon capture.
