Sajeeb Ahmed Wazed Joy is a Bangladeshi businessman and politician. He is a member of the Bangladesh Awami League and served as an advisor to his mother, former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, on information and communication technology affairs. He is currently facing multiple corruption charges in Bangladesh. Early life and education Wazed was born in Dhaka during the Bangladesh Liberation War on 27 July 1971. His parents are Dr. M. A. Wazed Miah and Sheikh Hasina Wazed. His father was a nuclear scientist. In August 1975, his grandparents and uncles were assassinated during a military coup in Bangladesh; he and his mother, father and aunt survived as they were visiting West Germany. Sheikh Hasina National Youth Center
The National Institute of Youth Development (; formerly known as Sheikh Hasina National Youth Centre) is a state-owned national research institute that researches youth education and is located in Savar, Bangladesh. The institute provides training to athletes and carries out research. History Sheikh Hasina National Youth Centre was established in 1998. In February 2017, the Cabinet of Bangladesh approved the Sheikh Hasina National Youth Development Centre Act-2017 to turn it into an institute. The centre would be governed by an executive council. Mastul Foundation is a government-registered non-profit organization based in Bangladesh, founded in 2013 by Kazi Reaz Rahman. The organization focuses on education, healthcare, youth development, and humanitarian aid for underprivileged communities across the country. History Mastul Foundation informally began when Kazi Reaz Rahman, then a university student, met a group of street children at Rabindra Sarobar who asked for books and pencils.
