Jovan Olafioye
Jovan Olafioye (born December 16, 1987) is a former professional Canadian football offensive lineman who most recently played for the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League. He signed with the BC Lions as a free agent, after going undrafted in the 2009 NFL Draft. Jovan attended the 2009 Detroit Lions rookie mini camp. He played junior college football at Grand Rapids Community College for a year before attending North Carolina Central University. Professional career BC Lions Olafioye signed with the BC Lions on April 20, 2010, and started all 18 games en route to being named a CFL West All-Star. For the next six seasons, he again started all 18 games and was named a CFL All-Star (All Pro) every year, while also winning the CFL's Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman Award in 2012. Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) is a public community college in Grand Rapids, Michigan. History Grand Rapids Junior College was established on September 21, 1914, after University of Michigan faculty passed a resolution encouraging the establishment of junior colleges in Michigan. Grand Rapids Junior College was the first junior college in Michigan. The college operated out of Central High School, 421 Fountain St. NE, until 1924. 2018 CFL Season
The 2018 CFL season was the 65th season of modern-day Canadian football. Officially, it was the 61st Canadian Football League season. Edmonton hosted the 106th Grey Cup on November 25, 2018. The CFL announced that this season will move to a 21-week regular season (previously a 20-week season) to increase player rest time and reduce short turnaround-times for games. Given the change, the regular season began on June 14, 2018, one week earlier than usual, and concluded on November 3, 2018. CFL News in 2018 Salary cap According to the new collective bargaining agreement, the 2018 salary cap will be set at $5,200,000 (average of $113,043 per active roster spot). As per the agreement, the cap is fixed and will not vary with league revenue performance. The minimum player salary is $54,000. David Foucault
David Foucault (born February 7, 1989) is a Canadian football offensive lineman for the Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) football for the Montreal Carabins. He has also played for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL) and the BC Lions and Montreal Alouettes of the CFL. Professional career Foucault was selected fifth overall by the Montreal Alouettes (CFL) in the 2014 CFL Draft. Along with Antoine Pruneau, he became one of the first two Montreal Carabins chosen in the first round of the CFL Draft. The Alouettes continued to hold his player rights until April 2017.
