''Jothegara'' is a 2010 Indian Kannada romance film written and directed by Sigamani and produced by Ashwini Ram Prasad. The film features Prem and Ramya in the lead roles. The film was widely popular for its title song composed by Sujeeth Shetty upon release; however, the film failed to impress the critics. Prem Kumar (born 18 April 1976), known mononymously as Prem, also popularly called as Nenapirali Prem, is an Indian actor and producer who works in Kannada films. Mahalakshmi (born 13 December 1952), known professionally as Lakshmi, is an Indian actress known for her works primarily in the southern film industry (distributing her acting career in almost each Dravidian language equally), along with some Hindi films.
