Loayza or José Ramón Loayza is a province in the La Paz Department, Bolivia. Its seat is Luribay. Geography The Kimsa Cruz mountain range traverses the province. Flag Of Bolivia
The national flag of the Plurinational State of Bolivia was originally adopted in 1851. The state and war flag is a horizontal tricolour (flag), tricolor of red, yellow and green with the Coat of Arms of Bolivia, Bolivian coat of arms in the center.
