José Alfredo Medina Andrade (born August 13, 1973) is a male track and road cyclist from Chile. He represented his native country at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia Sydney is the capital city of the state of New South Wales and the most populous city in Australia. Road bicycle racing is the cycle sport discipline of road cycling, held primarily on Road surface, paved roads. Road racing is the most popular professional form of bicycle racing, in terms of numbers of competitors, events and spectators.
