José Eulogio Bonilla
José Eulogio Bonilla Robles (born 25 January 1946) is a Mexican lawyer and politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He served as a senate (Mexico), senator during the LVIII Legislature of the Mexican Congress, 58th and LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress, 59th sessions of Congress (Mexico), Congress (2000–2006) representing Zacatecas, and as a Chamber of Deputies (Mexico), federal deputy during the LV Legislature of the Mexican Congress, 55th (for Second federal electoral district of Zacatecas, Zacatecas's 2nd district) and LVII Legislature of the Mexican Congress, 57th (for First federal electoral district of Zacatecas, Zacatecas's 1st) sessions. Fresnillo
Fresnillo () is a city in north central Mexico, founded in 1554 by Francisco de Ibarra. It is the second largest city in Zacatecas state and the seat of Fresnillo municipality. As a rail and highway junction, Fresnillo is the center of a rich mining area known especially for silver, and the location of one of the world's richest silver mines, the Mina Proaño or Fresnillo Mine, which belongs to the Peñoles mining company. Other important economic activities include agriculture (cereals, beans), cattle raising, and a mining school. Fresnillo is also the municipal seat of the municipality of the same name which surrounds it. The municipality had a population of 196,538 and an areal extent of . The 1st federal electoral district of Zacatecas () is one of the 300 electoral districts into which Mexico is divided for elections to the federal Chamber of Deputies and one of four such districts in the state of Zacatecas.
