Joshua Hong (born December 30, 1995), known mononymously as Joshua (), is an American singer based in South Korea. Managed by Pledis Entertainment, he is a member of the South Korean boy band Seventeen and its vocal team. Early life Joshua Hong was born in Los Angeles on December 30, 1995. He attended Downtown Magnets High School and graduated in 2013. Growing up, he attended church in Los Angeles' Koreatown. Career 2013–2014: Pre-debut Joshua was scouted by an agent from Pledis during a visit to Koreatown, Los Angeles in 2013. He then moved to Seoul, South Korea, where he began training in singing and dancing. As a trainee, he joined from the second season onwards of '' Seventeen TV'', an online reality show that introduced Pledis' trainees and showed potential members of the boy group Seventeen before their official debut. Boo Seung-kwan (; born January 16, 1998), known mononymously as Seungkwan, is a South Korean singer. Managed by Pledis Entertainment, he is a member of the South Korean boy band Seventeen, its vocal team, and the subunit BSS alongside Hoshi and DK. ''The Block'' is the sixth studio album by New Kids on the Block. The album was released on September 2, 2008, along with a deluxe edition that included four bonus tracks. It sold 95,000 copies in its first week of release and debuted at number one on the U.S. Top Pop Albums chart and at number two on the ''Billboard'' 200. "Dirty Dancing" is the third overall single from New Kids on the Block's 2008 album, '' The Block''. It was produced by RedOne. The lead vocals were sung by Jordan Knight and Donnie Wahlberg. A new version of the song featuring South Korea boy band Seventeen was released to coincide the fifteenth anniversary of their album release, ''The Block''.
