Josh Banks
Joshua Charles Banks (born July 18, 1982) is an American former professional baseball pitcher who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) between 2007 and 2010 for the Toronto Blue Jays, San Diego Padres, and Houston Astros. He is 6'3" tall and weighs 195 pounds. Banks attended college at Florida International University. Tony Gwynn said Banks has eight pitches, one of which is a knuckleball. Career Banks played college baseball at Florida International University. In 2002, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League and was named a league all-star. He was selected by the Toronto Blue Jays in the second round of the 2003 Major League Baseball Draft. Banks Major League debut in 2007 with the Blue Jays. The Round Rock Express are a Minor League Baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and the Triple-A (baseball), Triple-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers (baseball), Texas Rangers. The Cotuit Kettleers are a collegiate summer baseball team based in the village of Cotuit, Massachusetts, which is in the southwest corner of the town of Barnstable, Massachusetts, Barnstable. The team is a member of the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) and plays in the league's West Division. The Kettleers play their home games at Lowell Park (ballpark), Lowell Park in Cotuit. Gary Antonian Sheffield (born November 18, 1968) is an American former professional baseball outfielder who played in Major League Baseball for eight teams from 1988 to 2009. After his playing career, he became a sports agent. For most of his career, Sheffield played right field, though he has also played left field, third base, shortstop, and a handful of games at first base.
