The Aarhus Theatre (Danish: ''Aarhus Teater'') in Aarhus, is the largest provincial theatre in Denmark. The present theatre house was constructed in the late 19th century, as a replacement for the old theatre, nicknamed "''Svedekassen''" (The Sweat-box). Since Aarhus had grown to become Jutland's biggest city during the 19th century, the old theatre had become too small to serve the public demand. A new building was designed by the Danish architect Hack Kampmann (1856–1920), and the construction began on 12 August 1898. Only two years later, Aarhus Theatre stood completed and was inaugurated on 15 September 1900. The Robert Award ( da, Robert prisen) is a Danish film prize awarded each year by the Danish Film Academy. It is the Danish equivalent of the American Oscars, British BAFTAs for films and Australian AACTA Awards. The award—voted only by academy members—is an acknowledgment by Danish industry colleagues of a person's or film's outstanding contributions during the previous year. Since 2013, awards have been given to television series and actors as well. ''Attachment'' is a 2022 Danish romantic horror film directed and written by Gabriel Bier Gislason and produced by Thomas Heinesen. It was released on Shudder on February 9, 2023. The film marked Gislason's directorial debut.
