Joseph Price is a college basketball coach at Dillard University. Prior to his arrival at Dillard, he served as the head coach of Central State and Grambling State University. The Gulf Coast Athletic Conference (GCAC) is a college athletic conference made up entirely of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) that's affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
