Jos Van Eck
Jos van Eck (born 2 May 1963) is a Dutch former football manager and player. He is team manager of Jong Sparta, the under-21 team of Sparta Rotterdam. Playing career Van Eck played for De Graafschap, FC Zwolle, FC Den Bosch, Sparta Rotterdam, KFC Tielen and FC Dordrecht. Managerial career After retirement, he worked as an assistant coach, then manager at FC Dordrecht before Robert Verbeek took over in January 2004. After leaving FC Dordrecht, he worked as an assistant coach at Sparta Rotterdam for seven years before taking over as manager when Jan Everse resigned on 24 February 2011. Jos Hooiveld
Jos Hooiveld (; born 22 April 1983) is a retired Dutch footballer. Hooiveld is known for his strong physical performances. Born in Zeijen, Drenthe, he started his career with Eredivisie club Heerenveen in 2003, before moving to Eerste Divisie side Zwolle, on loan, between 2004 and 2006. In 2006, he moved to Austrian Erste Liga side Kapfenberger SV and one year later moved to Finnish side Inter Turku. During his time there he won both the 2008 Veikkausliiga and 2008 League Cup as well as being named the defender of the year twice. In 2009 Swedish side AIK signed him and he won the 2009 Allsvenskan and the 2009 Svenska Cupen. He moved to Scottish Premier League side Celtic in January 2010 but after one year was loaned out to Danish Superliga club Copenhagen. Jos Hoevenaers (30 November 1932, in Antwerp – 14 June 1995, in Wilrijk) was a Belgian cyclist, reputed for his attacking style. In 1960 he wore the pink jersey of leadership for eight days in the Giro d'Italia, but Jacques Anquetil won instead. Bad luck, and inadequate time-trialling and sprinting stopped Hoevenaers' becoming the best Belgian Tour rider of his generation. Josephus ("Jos") Maria Melchior Hermens (born 8 January 1950 in Nijmegen, Gelderland) is a former Dutch long-distance runner. Subsequently, he also became well-known for his later career as a sports manager as the founder and CEO of Global Sports Communication, which manages many Olympian athletes. Running career Hermens is a three-time national champion in the men's 5,000 metres, and collected his first title on 14 July 1973 in The Hague. He was named Dutch Sportsman of the Year in 1975. He was a 10,000 metres finalist at the 1976 Summer Olympics and set the world record for the hour run the same year. Hermens twice improved the world hour record, on the Papendal track. In September 1975, with Gerard Tebroke as a pacemaker, he ran 20,907 meters. In May 1976, without a pacemaker, he ran an additional 37 meters. This record held until 1991.
