Jorge Ampuero
Jorge Enrique Ampuero Cabello (born 17 April 1987) is a Chilean former footballer who played as a centre-back. Career He is commonly known for having played at Unión Española. In 2021, he played for Chilean Segunda División side Rodelindo Román. He retired at the end of the season. Personal life Since 2021, Ampuero and his father have a construction company called ''Constructora Sagrada Familia'' (Holy Family Construction). At the same time he played for Rodelindo Román, he worked in the construction field. Club de Deportes Santiago Wanderers is a football club based in ValparaÃso, a founding member of the Chilean Football Federation. Their home ground, Estadio ElÃas Figueroa Brander, is in the north-west of the city. Wanderers have played their games there since 1931 after moving from Barrio Puerto. Founded on 15 August 1892, it is the country's oldest club and the oldest football team in Chile and the entirity of the Americas. The Supercopa de Chile (''Supercup of Chile'') is an annual one-match football official competition in Chile organised by the Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (ANFP). This competition serves as the season opener and is played between the Campeonato Nacional Champions and the winners of the Copa Chile of the previous season. Club Deportivo Ñublense () is a professional football team based in Chillán, Ñuble Region, Chile. The club was formed in 1916 under the name of Liceo Fútbol Club. They compete in Chile's Primera División. History Amateur era Ñublense was formed in 1916 by a group of teenagers (led by Chillán teacher Manuel Lara Gutiérrez) who founded a sports club as a haven for sports activities in the city. The 2020 Primera B de Chile, also known as Campeonato Juegaenlinea.com 2020, was the 66th season of the Primera B de Chile, Chile's second-tier football league. The competition began on 22 February 2020 and ended on 7 February 2021. Ñublense were the champions, winning their second Primera B title and earning promotion to the Chilean Primera División for the following season. The competition was suspended from 18 March to 29 August 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Format The tournament was played by 15 teams, 14 returning from the previous season and the Segunda División Profesional champions San Marcos de Arica.
