Jorge Rolando Alfonso Ávalos (born 26 January 1971) is an Argentine football Manager (association football), manager and former Football player, player who played as a Defender (association football), defender. He is the current manager of Ecuadorian club S.D. Aucas, Aucas' youth categories. Playing career Born in Buenos Aires, Alfonso was a Racing Club de Avellaneda, Racing Club youth graduate. After making his first team debut in 1991, he subsequently played for Club Almirante Brown, Almirante Brown before joining Mexican side Coras FC, Coras in 1995. Back to Argentina in 1996, Alfonso played for Sportivo Dock Sud, Dock Sud, Argentino de Quilmes and Estudiantes de Río Cuarto. He retired with Ecuadorian side C.D. Armando Osma Rueda (7 December 1961 – 28 March 2025) was a Colombian football manager and player who played as a forward. Playing career Born in Bucaramanga, Osma began his career with hometown side Atlético Bucaramanga in 1981.
