Jordan Timothy Heading (born January 30, 1996) is a Filipino basketball player for West Adelaide Bearcats of the NBL1. Early life and education Jordan Heading was born on January 30, 1996 in Adelaide to an Australian father and a Filipino mother. He attended the Morrison Academy in Taiwan for his high school studies, before going to the United States, to enter the California Baptist University in Riverside, California to pursue a degree in kinesiology. College career Heading played for the California Baptist University (CBU) Lancers in college as a starting point guard. He was named a member of the Academic All-Pacific West five team. NBL1 Central, formerly the Premier League, is a semi-professional basketball league in South Australia, comprising both a men's and women's competition. In 2020, Basketball South Australia partnered with the National Basketball League (NBL) to bring NBL1 to South Australia. The 2020 FIBA Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Belgrade was one of four 2020 FIBA Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments. The tournament was held in Belgrade, Serbia. The 2011 FIBA Asia Under-16 Championship was the qualifying tournament for FIBA Asia at the Under-17 World Championship 2012. The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas () or the SBP is the national sport association for basketball in the Philippines, formed from the merging of the Basketball Association of the Philippines (BAP) and Pilipinas Basketball (PB).
