Jong Ajax
Jong Ajax (; ), also referred to as Ajax II or Ajax 2, is a Dutch association football team. It is based in Amsterdam and competes in the Dutch Eerste Divisie. Jong Ajax is the only reserve team to have won a title in Dutch professional football, winning the 2017–18 Eerste Divisie. Sportcomplex De Toekomst (Dutch for ''Sporting complex The Future'') is a sporting complex in Ouder-Amstel, Netherlands, owned by AFC Ajax N.V. The KNVB Beker (; ), branded as the TOTO KNVB Beker for sponsorship reasons, is a competition in the Netherlands organised by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) since 1898. It was based on the format of the English FA Cup. Outside the Netherlands, it is often referred to as the Dutch Cup. The tournament consists of all teams from the top four tiers of Dutch league football (Eredivisie, Eerste Divisie, Tweede Divisie and Derde Divisie), as well as the 24 semi-finalists (or replacements) of the six KNVB District Cups. Julian Christiaan Brandes (born 11 May 2004) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Jong Ajax of the Eerste Divisie as a midfielder. Club career Brandes joined the Ajax youth system on his eighth birthday in 2012. He has been identified as a promising player within the Ajax system. Dies Janse (born 17 January 2006) is a Dutch professional footballer for Eerste Divisie club Jong Ajax. Early life Janse was born in Goes in Zeeland, where he played there for VV Kloetinge and JVOZ prior to joining Sparta Rotterdam in 2018. He joined the academy of Ajax in 2020.
