Jonathan Damián Iglesias Abreu (born 17 December 1988) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for French club Guingamp. Career On 31 January 2017, Iglesias signed a contract with Clermont until the end of the 2016–17 season. He acquired French nationality by naturalization on 9 July 2021. On 3 January 2022, he signed for Paris FC on a contract until June 2023. In July 2023, once his contract with the Parisian team ended, he joined Guingamp Guingamp (; ) is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany in northwestern France. Clermont Foot 63 (Occitan: ''Clarmont d'Auvèrnhe''; commonly referred to as Clermont Foot or simply Clermont) is a French association football club based in Clermont-Ferrand. The first incarnation of the club was formed in 1911 and the current club was created in 1990 as a result of a merger. The club plays its home matches at the Stade Gabriel Montpied located within the city. Between 2014 and 2017, Clermont was managed by Corinne Diacre, the first woman to manage a men's professional football team. History The club started in 1911 under the name Stade Clermontois. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002. The 2019–20 Ligue 2 (referred to as the Domino's Ligue 2 for sponsorship reasons) season was the 81st season since its establishment. The season was suspended indefinitely on 12 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On 28 April 2020, the French Prime Minister Édouard Philippe announced that there would be no sporting events, even behind closed doors, before September 2020, thus in effect ending the season. On 30 April 2020, the LFP declared Lorient as champions of Ligue 2, and that the top two clubs would be promoted to Ligue 1, meaning Lens were promoted as well. The decision on relegations was deferred to the general assembly of the FFF on 20 May 2020. On 27 May 2020, the executive committee of the FFF rejected a proposal by the LFP to have 22 clubs in the 2020–21 competition, which would have seen Orléans and Le Mans remain in the competition. The 2015–16 Championnat de France amateur 2 is the 18th season of the fifth tier in the French football league system in its current format. The competition is contested by 112 clubs split geographically across 8 groups of 14 teams each. The teams include amateur clubs (although a few are semi-professional) and the reserve teams of professional clubs.
