Jonathan Grant (chess Player)
Jonathan Nicholas Grant (born October 15, 1993) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Atlético Ottawa in the Canadian Premier League. Born in Canada, Grant plays for the Guyana national team. Early life Grant began playing youth soccer at age three with Wexford SC in Scarborough, Ontario. When he was 15, he joined Sigma FC. In 2012, Grant committed to join Yavapai College. Club career In 2014, he played with Sigma FC in League1 Ontario. After the season, he was invited to train with the first team and reserves of Belgian club Genk. On May 15, 2015, after a month-long trial, he signed a professional contract with USL club FC Montreal, the second team of Major League Soccer club Montreal Impact. Théo Collomb (born 18 July 2000) is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward for FC US Saint-Tropez. Early life Collomb began his youth career with Cournon-d'Auvergne. The 2023 Canadian Premier League season was the fifth season of the Canadian Premier League, the top level of Canadian soccer. The CPL Shield was won by Cavalry FC who finished first in the regular season by a 13 point margin. In the CPL final, Forge FC defeated Cavalry FC 2–1 in Hamilton to capture the North Star Cup.
