Jonathan Goodwin (escapologist)
Jonathan Goodwin (born 20 February 1980) is a retired escapologist and daredevil. Early life Goodwin was born in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales, and grew up in Robeston Wathen. He attended the since-closed Tasker Milward Voluntary Controlled School in Haverfordwest. Career He first appeared on Channel 4 TV programme ''Dirty Tricks'' and has subsequently appeared in TV specials '' The Seven Stupidest Things to Escape From'', and ''Deathwish Live'' as well as Discovery Channel's '' One Way Out'' and ''How Not to Become Shark Bait'' in which he allowed himself to be attacked by a Caribbean reef shark. Goodwin returned to Discovery Channel in 2009 for a ten-part series of ''One Way Out'' which also starred engineer Terry Stroud. He also appeared in an episode of the Channel 4 programme '' Balls of Steel'', with his father helping him with a stunt. Jonathan Goodwin (American Football)
Jonathan Scott Goodwin (born December 2, 1978) is a former American football center. He was drafted by the New York Jets in the fifth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan. Goodwin has played for the New Orleans Saints and the San Francisco 49ers. Early years Goodwin was born in Columbia, South Carolina. He attended Lower Richland High School in Hopkins, South Carolina and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, he was an all-conference selection. College career Goodwin enrolled in the University of Michigan, and played for the Michigan Wolverines football team from 1998 to 2001. Transferred to University of Michigan from Ohio University after freshman season. Jonathan Philip Pryce Goodwin (born November 1972) is a British banker and investor. He is partner, head of Merchant Banking at Alvarium Investments. His appointment followed the merger in March 2019 of Lepe Partners, the merchant bank he co-founded in 2011, with Alvarium which works across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, supervising $15bn+ of assets. With Brent Hoberman, Goodwin also co-founded Founders Forum, a network of digital entrepreneurs, corporate CEOs and senior investors.
