Jonathan Freeman (born February 5, 1950) is an American actor and puppeteer. He is known for puppeteering and voicing Tito Swing in ''Shining Time Station'' and for voicing Jafar in Disney's ''Aladdin'' franchise, as well as the ''Kingdom Hearts'' franchise and the 2011 ''Aladdin'' musical. Early life Freeman was born in Bay Village, Ohio on February 5, 1950. He graduated from Ohio University. Career As well as being the voice of Jafar in ''Aladdin'', a role he once said he's called in to reprise every 3 to 6 months, Freeman is also known for being the puppeteer for Tito Swing of the Jukebox Band (Flexitoon Puppets) on the PBS series ''Shining Time Station''. Jonathan Freeman (representative)
Jonathan Freeman (March 21, 1745 – August 20, 1808) was an American politician and a United States representative from New Hampshire. Early life Born in Mansfield, Connecticut, Freeman attended the public schools and moved to New Hampshire in 1769, settling in Hanover. Career Freeman engaged in agricultural pursuits and was town clerk from March 1778 to December 1787. He was also justice of the peace and, from 1789 to 1797, executive councilor. He was Treasurer of Dartmouth College from 1789 to 1808 as well as a trustee of the college from 1793 to 1808. A member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1787 to 1789, Freeman also served in the State Senate from 1789 to 1794. He was a delegate to the Constitutional convention of 1791, and a member of the State council. Jonathan Freeman-Attwood, CBE is the 14th Principal of the Royal Academy of Music in London; he was appointed in 2008. Alongside his commitment to education, he is a writer, recording producer, broadcaster and trumpet player. Jonathan Freeman (born 27 April 1994) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Brisbane Lions in the Australian Football League (AFL). Early life Before his AFL career, Freeman was a part of Brisbane's Academy program, which would give Brisbane priority access to him when it came time for him to be drafted. Though he was eligible for the 2012 AFL draft and a physical fit to play as a key forward, he was overlooked by every club due to issues with his marking ability. Academy coach Ashley Drake attributed this to eye problems, similar to former Lions player Alastair Lynch, and Freeman consulted an eye doctor to help fix the issue. Jon Freeman is a game designer and co-founder of software developer Automated Simulations, which was later renamed to Epyx and became a major company during the 8-bit era of home computing. He is married to game programmer Anne Westfall, and they work together as Free Fall Associates. Free Fall is best known for '' Archon: The Light and the Dark'', one of the earliest titles from Electronic Arts.
