Joint Universities Accelerator School
The Joint Universities Accelerator School (JUAS) is an educational program that specializes in the field of Accelerator science, particle accelerator science and technology. Established in 1994, JUAS is a collaborative initiative involving multiple universities, research centers, and institutions. It provides advanced training in accelerator physics and engineering for graduate students and professionals. The program is hosted annually, in Archamps, near Geneva, Switzerland, under the auspices of the European Scientific Institute (ESI). Its location near the CERN, European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and other major research facilities offers participants unique access to cutting-edge expertise and resources.
