John Lynch (serial Killer)
John Lynch (''c''. 1812 – 22 April 1842) was an Ireland, Irish-born Australians, Australian serial killer who confessed to the killing of ten people between 1836 and 1842. He is possibly the most prolific individual serial killer in Australian history. Lynch arrived in Australia as a convict, assigned to a farm in the Berrima, New South Wales, Berrima district. He murdered a fellow assigned convict in 1836 but was acquitted of the charge. After a period in a convict gang he absconded, and by July 1841 he had made his way back to the Berrima district. On two occasions Lynch murdered carriers along the road between Berrima and Camden, stealing their drays and teams. In the latter half of 1841 Lynch murdered the farmer John Mulligan and his family, and took possession of their farm in the Berrima district using the name John Dunleavy. He was convicted in March 1842 of the murder of Kearns Landregan, sentenced to death penalty, death and executed by hanging in April 1842. E ...

John Terrance Lynch, Sr. is the president and CEO of the Broadcast Company of the Americas. Early life John Lynch grew up in suburban Chicago in an Irish-Catholic family. His grandparents were Irish immigrants. His grandparents named their son (Lynch's father) John Pershing Lynch, after the John J. Pershing, World War I general of the same name. Lynch graduated from Benet Academy in 1965, and went on to major in broadcasting at Drake University, where he also played American football, football as linebacker and tight end. He was drafted right out of college to play linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1969. A knee injury in the first few weeks of the season immediately ended his football career after one season, however. John Lynch (c. 1832 − 2 June 1866) was an Irish nationalist. He was a resident of the city of Cork and an alleged member of the Irish Republican Brotherhood. John Terrence Lynch Jr. (born September 25, 1971) is an American professional football executive and former safety who is the general manager of the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Stanford Cardinal and was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of the 1993 NFL draft, later winning Super Bowl XXXVII with them. Lynch also spent four seasons with the Denver Broncos before retiring in 2008 and working as a color commentator for ''NFL on Fox'' games until being named general manager of the 49ers in 2017.
