John Kenneth Jamieson
John Kenneth Jamieson (28 August 1910 – 26 September 1999) was a Canadian-American engineer and oilman. Jamieson served from 1963 to 1964 as the president of Humble Oil, and from 1965 to 1969 as president and 1969 to 1975 as chairman of Exxon. Michael Lawrence Haider (October 1, 1904 - August 14, 1986) was a noted American petroleum engineer, business executive, and a founder of the National Academy of Engineering. He was chairman of Exxon Corporation from 1965-1969. Humble Oil and Refining Co. is a defunct American oil company founded in 1911 in Humble, Texas. In 1919, a 50% interest in Humble was acquired by the Standard Oil of New Jersey which acquired the rest of the company in September 1959.
