John Bonner (businessman)
John Bonner is an English businessman, currently an owner of Orlando City Soccer Club. An engineering graduate, John moved to Florida in 2004 after a successful business career initially in the UK amusement and gaming industry then later as a venture capitalist. In 2008 he opened Big Fin Seafood Kitchen. Now living in the Dr Phillips area, John moved to the US to further the interests of his various UK companies, He has achieved this successfully whilst also helping his partner Bobby Moore create the widely acclaimed Big Fin Seafood Kitchen restaurant concept in the Dellagio on Sand Lake Road. A lifetime soccer fan and fervent supporter of twice European champions Nottingham Forest, John is delighted to be involved with Orlando City, "I firmly believe soccer has a great future in the USA and particularly here in Orlando. Orlando City Soccer Club
Orlando City Soccer Club is an American professional soccer club based in Orlando, Florida. The club competes in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Eastern Conference. Owned by Zygi, Leonard, and Mark Wilf, it is the sister club of the National Women's Soccer League's Orlando Pride and MLS Next Pro's Orlando City B. The team plays its home games in downtown Orlando at Inter&Co Stadium, which is owned and operated by the club. The team played as a charter member of the USL Pro, winning three Commissioner's Cups and two league championships in its first four seasons. The victories led to a successful bid to enter MLS, the highest level of the United States soccer league system, debuting in its 2015 season alongside New York City FC, and selling their USL franchise rights to Louisville City FC. State Road 482 (SR 482), named Sand Lake Road and McCoy Road, is an east–west state highway in south Orlando, Florida, United States. It is a surface road providing access to some of Orlando's biggest tourist attractions. Route description Sand Lake Road begins at Apopka-Vineland Road in Dr. Phillips. State maintenance as SR 482 begins between Turkey Lake Road and Interstate 4 ( SR 400). SR 482 heads east past the International Drive area to a partial cloverleaf interchange with State Road 435 (Kirkman Road) just north of the entrance to Lockheed Martin. East of that, SR 482 continues towards an intersection with County Road 423 (John Young Parkway), crossing over Florida's Turnpike, and intersects US 17/ US 92/ US 441 ( Orange Blossom Trail) just west of The Florida Mall.
