Harju County
Harju County ( et, Harju maakond or ''Harjumaa''), is one of the fifteen counties of Estonia. It is situated in Northern Estonia, on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland, and borders Lääne-Viru County to the east, Järva County to the southeast, Rapla County to the south, and Lääne County to the southwest. Sergei Andrejev
Sergei Andrejev (16 October 1897, Tallinn – 12 February 1930, Kirghiz ASSR) was an Estonian Communist who was a member of the Riigikogu for the Estonian Independent Socialist Workers' Party for a brief period in 1922. Andrejev was a member of the Communist Party from 1917 onward and helped organise the Red Guards in Estonia.
