Johan Kleingeld
Johannes Kleingeld (born 10 June 1971) is a South African badminton player. He was the men's doubles champion at the African Championships in 1998 and 2004. Kleingeld competed at the 2003 and 2007 All-Africa Games, and helped the team win the gold medal in 2003. Badminton
Badminton is a racquet sport played using racket (sports equipment), racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net (device), net. Although it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of the game are "singles" (with one player per side) and "doubles" (with two players per side). Badminton is often played as a casual outdoor activity in a yard or on a beach; formal games are played on a rectangular indoor court. Points are scored by striking the shuttlecock with the racquet and landing it within the opposing side's half of the court. Denis Constantin
Denis Constantin (born 29 July 1980) is a former Mauritian badminton player, and later represented Australia. He was the men's singles gold medallist at the 2000 African Championships, and in the men's doubles event partnered with Eddy Clarisse. Jacques Michel Stephan Beeharry (born 19 April 1975) is a Mauritian badminton player and coach. He competed at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics, also at the 1998, 2002, 2006 and 2010 Commonwealth Games. Beeharry was the bronze medalists at the 2003 All-Africa Games in the men's singles, doubles, and team events. Dotun Akinsanya
Dotun Akinsanya (born 20 January 1981) is a Nigerian badminton player. He won the silver medals in the men's doubles and mixed team event, also the bronze medal in the men's singles at the 2003 All-Africa Games. Akinsanya later captured the gold medal in 2007 All-Africa Games in the mixed team event. In 2002, he represented his country at the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games. Édouard Clarisse (born 27 May 1972) is a retired badminton player from Mauritius, who started playing badminton in 1987, ending his career in March 2006 at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia. Clarisse has participated three times in the Olympic Games (Barcelona 1992, Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000). He has also been African champion three times in the men's singles (1992, 1994, 1998), also African champion in men's doubles and the team event in 2000.
