Johan Hammar
Per Johan Gustav Hammar (born 22 February 1994) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays for BK Häcken as a defender. Club career Everton Born in Malmö, Sweden, Hammar played in both youth clubs in Sweden at Bunkeflo IF and Malmö FF before joining Premier League side Everton from Malmö FF in July 2010, signing a full-time scholarship with the club. In February 2011, Hammar signed his first professional contract with the club. After spending a year playing in the academy, Hammar made his Everton U21 debut, playing the whole game, in a 4–2 win over Blackburn Rovers U21 on 16 January 2012. In the 2012–13 season, Hammar began to play for the club's reserve regularly under the Reserve Manager Alan Stubbs. Helsingborgs Idrottsförening, commonly referred to as Helsingborgs IF, Helsingborg or (especially locally) HIF (), is a Swedish professional football club located in Helsingborg. They play in the Swedish second tier, Superettan, following relegation in the 2022 Allsvenskan season. Formed in 1907, the club has won five national championship titles and five national cup titles. Varbergs BoIS FC is a Swedish professional football club located in Varberg, the main town of Varberg Municipality in Halland County. Background The club was formed at a meeting in the Varbergs Folkets Hus on 25 March 1925. Svenska cupen (, ), also known as the Swedish Cup in English, is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. ''Svenska cupen'' usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Each year 96 teams compete, comprising the 16 teams from Allsvenskan and the 16 teams of Superettan together with 64 teams from lower tiers of the league system. The winners qualify for the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League. The winner is awarded the Gustaf VI Adolf cup. Compared to cups in many other countries, Svenska cupen attracts considerably less public interest and even the cup final is rarely sold out. Ljungskile SK is a Swedish football club located in Ljungskile, a town within Uddevalla Municipality. They currently play in the Swedish third tier, Division 1. History Ljungskile SK, formed in 1926, is famous for their promotions between 1990 and 1997. Follo Fotballklubb is a football club from Ski, Akershus, Norway. Follo play in light blue, and their home ground is Ski stadion. It was founded in September 2000 and their biggest achievement was playing in the 2010 Norwegian Football Cup final. Idrottslaget Hødd is a multi-sports club from Ulsteinvik in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. Founded in 1919, it has sections for team handball, gymnastics and football.
