Joginder Pal Pandey was a leader of Indian National Congress from Punjab, India. He was a member of Punjab Legislative Assembly and a minister. He was killed by militants in 1987. The Punjab Legislative Assembly or the Punjab Vidhan Sabha is the unicameral legislature of the state of Punjab in India. The Sixteenth Punjab Legislative Assembly was constituted in March 2022.
