Joey Cantens
Joey Cantens (born December 12, 1986) is a professional basketball coach, currently serving as the head coach for Daytona State College. He previously worked at Florida Gulf Coast as an assistant coach, and for professional basketball teams in Germany. Education Cantens graduated from Eckerd College in 2009 with a business management degree and continued on to complete his master of science in Sport Management from Florida State University in 2011. Cantens began his playing career at Florida International University before transferring to Eckerd College, which made a Division II NCAA Tournament appearance each year, including a Sweet Sixteen run in 2006–07. The Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) is a collegiate athletic conference operating mostly in the Southeastern United States. The league participates at the NCAA Division I level, and began sponsoring football at the Division I FCS level in 2022. John Patrick (basketball)
John Patrick (born February 29, 1968) is an American professional basketball coach and former professional basketball player. He will serve as head coach for New Taipei Kings of the Taiwan Professional Basketball League. Career Patrick attended DeMatha Catholic High School, where he played under coach Morgan Wootten, before moving to Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C. He started his college career at Stanford University in 1987. Playing point guard for coach Mike Montgomery, he won the 1991 NIT Championship as a senior. Patrick led Stanford in assists per game in 1989-90 and 1990–91, while making the Pac-10 All-Academic Team his junior and senior year. Joe Lombardi (born November 7, 1959) is an American basketball coach currently the head coach for the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) Crimson Hawks of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference in NCAA Division II. Prior to taking the head coaching position at IUP, Lombardi served as an assistant coach, including a nine-year tenure at La Salle University and three season under Jamie Dixon at the University of Pittsburgh. The FIBA AmeriCup (previously known as the FIBA Americas Championship) is the Americas Basketball Championship that takes place every four years between national teams of the Western Hemisphere continents.
