Joel Ross (born Joel Hogg 31 May 1977) is a British radio DJ and television presenter. He has worked with a co-host Jason King (Presenter), Jason King (known on-air as JK). He now presents ''The Hits Radio 00s Breakfast Show'' on weekdays. Career Best known for Ross is best known for his work on BBC radio 1 and hosting BBC TV shows Hider in the House and Escape from Scorpion Island Ross started out in radio as a presenter on his hometown station Yorkshire Coast Radio in 1993, at the age of 16, presenting the evening show and ''Nothing But the 90's''. He left in late 1995 and went on to present various shows on Minster FM, A1FM, Nation Radio North East, Sun City 103.4, TFM Radio and Metro Radio, as well as being a travel presenter for stations in the North. Joel Ross (tennis)
Joel Ross is an American former professional tennis player. His peak rank was No. 288, in December 1976. Ross was Big Ten singles champion in 1971, and at the 1977 Maccabiah Games in Israel he won the men's doubles gold medal. Biography A native of Westbury, New York, he attended Westbury High School. Ross played collegiate tennis for the University of Michigan, was captain of the tennis team, and was Big Ten singles champion in 1971. His Grand Prix appearances included a loss to Guillermo Vilas at the 1976 Stockholm Open, where he took the Argentine to a first set tiebreak. He featured in the men's doubles main draw of the 1977 US Open.
