Joseph James Rogan (born August 11, 1967) is an American podcaster, Ultimate Fighting Championship, UFC color commentator, comedian, actor, and former television host. He hosts The Joe Rogan Experience, ''The Joe Rogan Experience'', which is one of the most popular Podcast, podcasts in the world and has been the number 1 most streamed podcast on Spotify since 2020. Rogan was born in Newark, New Jersey, and began his career in comedy in 1988 in the Boston area. Universal basic income (UBI) is a social welfare proposal in which all citizens of a given population regularly receive a minimum income in the form of an unconditional transfer payment, i.e., without a means test or need to perform Work (human activity), work.
