The discography of Joe Nichols, an American country music singer, consists of twenty seven single (music), singles and ten studio albums. At age 19, he made his debut in 1996 with a Joe Nichols (album), self-titled album on the independent Intersound label. It was not until the release of his 2002 single "The Impossible (song), The Impossible" on the Universal South Records (now Show Dog Nashville, Show Dog-Universal Music) label that Nichols first reached Top 40 on the country charts. The single, which peaked at number three on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts, was followed by the release of his platinum-certified second album, ''Man with a Memory'', released in 2002. Joe Nichols
Joseph Edward Nichols (born November 26, 1976) is an American country music artist. Between 1996 and 2001, he held recording contracts with the Intersound and Giant Records (Warner), Giant labels. In 2002, he signed with Universal South Records, now known as Show Dog Nashville, Show Dog-Universal Music. Nichols began his career with The Rodeo Band, playing in high school gymnasiums and small clubs. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is a trade organization that represents the music recording industry in the United States. Intersound Records was an American independent record label that operated in the 1980s and 1990s.
