Jock Landale
Jock Landale (born 25 October 1995) is an Australian professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Saint Mary's Gaels. Landale also represents the Australian national team. He was part of the Australian team that won bronze at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Early life Landale was an early basketball prospect in Australia, but gave up the game until picking it up again at Geelong Grammar School in Corio, Victoria. A growth spurt that led to increase of almost a full foot from year 9 to year 12 raised his profile as a prospect and helped him secure a scholarship to Saint Mary's College, an American NCAA Division I school. Saint Mary's Gaels Men's Basketball
The Saint Mary's Gaels men's basketball team represents Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California, competing in the West Coast Conference of the NCAA. The team plays home games in the University Credit Union Pavilion, capacity 3,500; it is one of the smaller gyms in the WCC. Their head coach is Randy Bennett, who is the school's all-time wins leader. The Gaels have appeared in thirteen NCAA Tournaments—1959, 1989, 1997, 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2017, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. On March 1, 2013, they were placed on probation by the NCAA for four years due to rules violations. West Coast Conference
The West Coast Conference (WCC) — known as the California Basketball Association from 1952 to 1956 and then as the West Coast Athletic Conference until 1989 — is a collegiate athletic conference affiliated with NCAA Division I consisting of nine member schools across the states of California, Oregon, and Washington. West Coast Conference Men's Basketball Player Of The Year
The West Coast Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Year is an award given to the most outstanding men's basketball player in the West Coast Conference (WCC). The award was first given following the conference's inaugural 1952–53 season, when it was known as the California Basketball Association. The only season in which the award was not presented was the conference's second season of 1953–54. There have been six ties in the award's history, most recently in 2022–23 between Brandin Podziemski of Santa Clara and Drew Timme of Gonzaga. The 2018–19 ABA League First Division is the 18th season of the ABA League with 12 teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Serbia participating in it. It is the first time since the 2011–12 ABA League, 2011–12 season that there are no participants from North Macedonia. The 2019–20 King Mindaugas Cup, also known as Citadele Karaliaus Mindaugo taurė for sponsorship purposes, was the fifth edition of the Lithuanian King Mindaugas Cup. King Mindaugas Cup
Karaliaus Mindaugo taurė (English: King Mindaugas Cup) is an annual national domestic basketball cup competition between Lithuanian professional teams. It is organised by the Lithuanian Basketball League (Lietuvos krepšinio lyga – LKL). The tournament is named in honor of Mindaugas, the first and only King of Lithuania.
