Jivano Jugari
''Jeevno Jugari'' () is a 1963 Indian Gujarati social drama film directed by Dinesh Raval. Plot 'Life is a gamble' is the central theme of the story. The story of the film is intertwined between a gambler Jivan and Shantidas, who is a teacher in Sankali village. According to his nature and profession, Shantidas tries to turn the people of the village on the right path. Shantilal stumbles in the eye of the Jivan. As circumstances change, Shantilal gets entangled in poverty and debt and to get out of this vicious cycle, he resorts to gambling. At the end of the story, Jivan has a change of heart, and he quits gambling. Arvind Pandya
Arvind Pandya (21 March 1923 – 22 July 1980) was an Indian actor. In his career spanning 35 years, he acted in more than one hundred films including 73 Gujarati films. He also worked in Hindi films and Gujarati theatre. Early life Pandya was born on 21 March 1923 in Bhadran. He spent his childhood in Khambhat and Baroda (now Vadodara). His father Ganpatrao was an executive manager in Mandvi branch of Bank of Baroda. His mother's name was Anandiben. He participated in the Indian independence movement and in 1942 Quit India movement. Career Pandya went to Bombay (now Mumbai) in 1937 and joined St. Xavier's College where he studied BA in Sanskrit. He studied music at Devdhar Classes and later under Pandharinath Kolhapure. Honey Chhaya (1930 – 28 February 2016) was an Indian writer, actor and director. He directed and acted in both Hindi and Gujarati films and plays. Life Honey Chhaya was born in 1930. He started his acting career in 1944. Initially, he acted in street plays spreading the message of the Indian independence movement. Later, he started producing plays for the Indian People's Theatre Association. He had a long career association with Salim Khan, whom he assisted in film writing. He was also a business secretary of Salman Khan and served a critical role in building his career. He directed several Gujarati films and plays. Mahendra Kapoor (9 January 1934 – 27 September 2008) was an Indian playback singer. In a long career spanning decades, his repertoire included popular songs such as ''Chalo ekbaar phir se Ajnabi ban jayen hum dono'' ( Gumrah) and ''Neele Gagan ke tale'' ( Hamraaz). His name however became most closely associated with patriotic songs including Mere Desh Ki Dharti in Manoj Kumar's film Upkaar. He considered Mohammad Rafi as his Guru. Kavi Pradeep (born Ramchandra Narayanji Dwivedi; 6 February 1915 – 11 December 1998), was an Indian poet and songwriter who is best known for his patriotic song "'' Aye Mere Watan Ke Logo"'' written as a tribute to the soldiers who had died defending the country during the Sino-Indian War. His first recognition came for his patriotic lyrics for the film '' Bandhan'' (1940).
