James Hubert Farmer (born September 23, 1964) is an American former professional basketball player who was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks in the first round (20th pick overall) of the 1987 NBA draft. Rutherford County is a county located in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It is located in Middle Tennessee.
