Jihe Expressway
Jihe Expressway () is a Chinese ring expressway that connects Bao'an International Airport and He'ao Community of Longgang District in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It connects to the Shenzhen-Shantou Expressway, Huizhou-Yantian Expressway, G205, Meilin-Guanlan Expressway, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Expressway, G107, Guangzhou-Foshan Expressway, and the Foshan-Kaiyang Expressway. History Built from December 1995 to May 1999, it is long. The first section of the expressway opened in the east of Shenzhen on 31 December 1997, from Fumin Community () of Bao'an District to He'ao Community () of Longgang District. Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (formerly Shenzhen Huangtian Airport) is the airport serving Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It is located on the east bank of the Pearl River near Huangtian and Fuyong villages in Bao'an District, and is northwest of the city centre. It is a hub for Shenzhen Airlines and Shenzhen Donghai Airlines and for cargo airline SF Airlines, and a focus city for China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines. The airport also serves as an Asian-Pacific cargo hub for UPS Airlines. The airport is undergoing major expansions with a second runway completed and opened in 2011 and a new terminal which opened in 2013. Guangshen Expressway
Guangshen Expressway (), also known as the Guangshen Coastal Expressway is an expressway that connects the cities of Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen in the Chinese province of Guangdong. The expressway begins at Huangcun Bridge, north of Guangzhou City, and ends at the south of Shenzhen near Huanggang, where it connects with the northern section of Guangzhou City Expressway. It is a two-way six-lane highway 33.1 metres wide equipped with street lighting, with a length of 122.8 km and a speed limit of 120 km/h. It was designed for traffic volume of up to 60,000 vehicles per day. In 2012, data showed that the average daily traffic volume reached 400,000 vehicles. Bao'an District () is one of the nine districts comprising the city of Shenzhen, Guangdong province. It is one of the districts formerly lying outside the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. History Bao'an was the historical name of Bao'an County (also known as Xin'an County) of the Qing dynasty, which included area of modern-day Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The area of today Bao'an District, was integrated into Shenzhen in 1979, which the Bao'an County was promoted as a city.
