Jharel Cotton
Jharel Leandre Cotton (born January 19, 1992) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics, Texas Rangers, Minnesota Twins, and San Francisco Giants, and in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Orix Buffaloes. Cotton played college baseball at East Carolina University, and was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 20th round of the 2012 MLB Draft. College career Cotton played college baseball at Miami Dade College in 2010 and 2011. After he was not taken in the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft, the Los Angeles Dodgers offered him a contract as an undrafted free agent, but he declined the offer and returned to Miami-Dade. The 2012 Major League Baseball draft was held from June 4 through June 6, 2012, from Studio 42 of the MLB Network in Secaucus, New Jersey. Dylan Cozens (baseball)
Dylan Wallace Cozens (pronounced KUH-zins; born May 31, 1994) is an American former professional baseball outfielder. He was a second round pick (77th overall) in the 2012 MLB draft. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Philadelphia Phillies. Early life Cozens was born in Scottsdale, Arizona. His father Randy played football for four years as a defensive lineman at the University of Pittsburgh, and was drafted in the 17th round of the 1976 NFL draft by the Denver Broncos, but never played for them. The Chattanooga Lookouts are a Minor League Baseball team of the Southern League and the Double-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. The Ogden Raptors are an independent baseball team of the Pioneer League, which is not affiliated with Major League Baseball (MLB) but is an MLB Partner League.
