The Jetour T1 is a compact crossover SUV manufactured by Jetour since 2024. In China, it is marketed under two names, the Jetour Freedom ( zh, c=捷途自由者, p=Jiétú Zìyóuzhě) and the Jetour Shanhai T1 ( zh, c=山海T1, l=Mountain sea T1) for the plug-in hybrid version. Overview The Jetour Shanhai T1 was first introduced in October 2024 in China as a plug-in hybrid only model. Later in February 2025, a non-hybrid petrol engine version went on sale in China as the Jetour Freedom. Jetour () is a marque of Chinese vehicle manufacturer Chery Holding Group that was established in 2018. The brand mainly produces crossovers and SUVs. The name "Jetour" is a combination of the word "jet" and "tour", which according to the brand signifies a "convenient journey". In China, Jetour vehicles are distributed by Wuhu Jetour Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. History The Jetour brand was launched on January 22, 2018. During the brand launch, the original Jetour X70 crossover SUV was also introduced, riding on a new chassis called the iPeL, or intelligent platform of e-network and lightweight.
