Jessica Chen Weiss
Jessica Chen Weiss is an American International relations, international relations scholar specializing in China–United States relations. She is currently the David M. Lampton Professor of China Studies at Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins SAIS and Senior Fellow in Chinese Politics, Foreign Policy, and National Security at Asia Society, Asia Society Policy Institute's Center for China Analysis. Early life and education Weiss was born and grew up in Seattle, Washington. She obtained a bachelor of arts degree from Stanford University in 2003 and attended the University of California, San Diego, graduating in 2008 with a PhD in Political Science.
