Jerome Damon
Jerome Kelvyn Damon (born 4 April 1972) is a retired South African football referee. He was voted PSL Referee of the Season in 2004–05 and 2008–09. An international referee since 2000, Damon was on stand-by for the 2006 FIFA World Cup, and was a referee at the 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010 Africa Cup of Nations. The 2008 Africa Cup of Nations, also known as the MTN Africa Cup of Nations due to the competition's sponsorship by MTN, was the 26th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial football tournament for nations affiliated with the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The 2010 Africa Cup of Nations, also known as the Orange Africa Cup of Nations for sponsorship reasons, was the 27th Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial football championship of Africa ( CAF).
