Jeremy Redmore
Jeremy Redmore is a New Zealand musician, singer-songwriter, producer and author. In his early career he rose to fame as the main creative force behind the band Midnight Youth. Since then he has released two albums as a solo artist as well as a music-themed children's picture book. Background Redmore was born in Auckland before receiving his education at Tauranga Boys' College and the University of Auckland. Smokefreerockquest
Smokefreerockquest (SFRQ) is an annual music competition for intermediate and high school bands throughout New Zealand. The first Rockquest was held in 1988, and was organised by Christchurch radio station C93FM as a local event. The following year, local sound company owner Mike Waldegrave, Music promoter Barb Cuttance and school teachers Glenn Common and Pete Rainey formed Rockquest Promotions and by 1990 had made Rockquest a national event, with five regional finals and a national final. In 1991, Smokefree became a major sponsor, and the name became the Smokefreerockquest. Glenn Common and Pete Rainey now run Rockquest Promotions full-time out of Nelson. Smokefreerockquest reaches audience numbers in excess of 24,000. Sam Hansen, better known by his stage name PNC, is a New Zealand rapper. The name "PNC" is an acronym for Palmerston North City. He attended Awatapu College. PNC first gained underground notoriety performing alongside Breaking Wreckwordz. His unofficial single "Day in the Life" stayed at number one on the Bfm charts for three weeks. He followed that with appearances on P-Money's "321 Remix", "Get Back" and the NZ chart topping "Stop The Music" single from the ''Magic City'' album in 2004. Angela Marie Dotchin (born 31 March 1974 in Auckland) is a retired actress best most known for her roles as Kirsty Knight in ''Shortland Street'', and as Emilia Rothschild in ''Jack of All Trades'' and for starring as Kora on '' Young Hercules''.
