Jennifer Hermoso
Jennifer Hermoso Fuentes (born 9 May 1990) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Liga MX Femenil club CF Pachuca and for the Spain women's national team. She is the all-time top scorer for both Barcelona and Spain. Hermoso developed through the youth teams of her hometown club Atlético Madrid, where she stayed for eight years before continuing onto Rayo Vallecano. Hermoso won her first senior title with Rayo in 2011, and in 2013, made her first international move to Tyresö FF in Sweden. Months later, she competed in the UEFA Women's Euro 2013 with Spain, scoring her first competitive international goal in a group stage win against England. Club Atlético de Madrid Femenino (commonly known as Atlético Madrid Women or Atleti Femenino) is a Spanish women's football team based in Madrid that play in Liga F. It is the women's section of Atlético Madrid. History Atlético Madrid had a women's team for the first time in the late 1980s. They won the national league in 1990 and were second the following year, but just like Atlético's handball team, they were disbanded in the early 1990s. The 2020–21 Primera División Femenina de Fútbol was the 33rd edition of Spain's highest women's football league, the 20th since the inception of the ''Superliga Femenina''. The league was scheduled to start on 5 September 2020 and to finish on 27 June 2021, however, the start date was delayed to 3 October. The 2019–20 Primera División Femenina de Fútbol was the 32nd edition of Spain's highest women's football league, the 19th since the inception of the ''Superliga Femenina''. On 6 May 2020, the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the premature end of the league due to the COVID-19 pandemic, revoking relegations and naming Barcelona as league champions five years after their last title.
