Jennifer Brooke
Jennifer Brooke (born 1993/1994) is a British actress. From 2012 to 2015, she studied at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Acting. Whilst she was there she performed in various Italia Conti plays, including their adaptations of ''The Acid Test'', ''Richard III'' and ''A View from the Bridge''. In 2015, Brooke did a voice-over for the short film ''Two Sides'', and that October she began airing as series regular Rachel Hardy on the British soap opera ''Hollyoaks''. Brooke last appeared as Rachel in March 2016, when the character was killed-off. Brooke has also appeared in the films '' My Name Is Lenny'' (2017), ''Astral'' (2018) and '' The Last Letter from Your Lover'' (2021), in addition to short films and commercials. She also played the recurring role of Donna in ''White Gold'' and guest-starred in ''Call the Midwife''. In 2018, she portrayed Rebecca Harrison in the play "A Gym Thing" at The Pleasance theatre. Hollyoaks
''Hollyoaks'' is a British soap opera which originally began airing on Channel 4 on 23 October 1995. It was created by Phil Redmond, who had previously conceived the soap opera ''Brookside (TV series), Brookside''. From 2005 to 2023, episodes have aired on sister channel E4 (TV channel), E4 a day prior to their broadcast on Channel 4. In 2023, ''Hollyoaks'' was removed from Channel 4's early evening schedule, but remains on E4 and Channel 4 (VoD service), Channel 4's on demand service with episodes now uploaded to YouTube. Bryan Kirkwood
Bryan Kirkwood (born November 1975) is a British television producer. He was the producer of the Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'' from 2006 until 2009 and was the executive producer of the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders'' from 2010 until 2012. He returned as the executive producer of ''Hollyoaks'' in late 2012, before leaving again in March 2021. His final episodes aired in June of that year. In 2022, he returned to ''EastEnders'' as a writer. Career Kirkwood's first major role came as a storyline for ITV's ''Coronation Street''. He later took control as the producer for Channel 4's ''Hollyoaks'' between 2006 and 2009, a period in which the show explored a number of well-loved and critically acclaimed storylines (such as that of the relationship between John Paul McQueen and Craig Dean and the Dog at the Pond explosion that killed five characters).
