Jennavive Jackson
Jennavive Jackson (born October 3, 1987) is an American singer and songwriter, and independent recording artist. At times she has been active in Germany as well as the United States. Early life Raised in a large family on a farm in Northern California, her first exposure to music was in church. After the events of 9/11, Jackson enlisted in the United States Air Force. On active duty, she served in S. Korea, Germany, and California, as well as completed two tours of duty in Salerno, Afghanistan. While stationed overseas in Germany, she was selected for a USO style tour for the United States Air Force entertainment group, Tops in Blue. After completing the tour, she moved back to Germany to pursue music, where she quickly rose to number one in Mannheim, Germany for Country Music by 2014, and was featured on the ''Voice of Germany'' blind auditions. In popular music, a cover version, cover song, remake, revival, or simply cover is a new performance or recording by a musician other than the original performer or composer of the song. Originally, it referred to a version of a song released around the same time as the original in order to compete with it. Now, it refers to any subsequent version performed after the original.
