Jenifer McKitrick
Jenifer McKitrick (born May 5, 1966) is a songwriter. She was born in Defiance, Ohio. McKitrick was a founding member of bands including the Bettys, Swingin' Doors, Spank the Eggman, the Outskirts, Orange Sunshine, and Some Girls. Currently living in Ohio, she finished work on a new electronic/soundtrack album, ''Digitosis'', released on August 30, 2022 and an album including new songs and unreleased archival tracks, ''Road Call'', released on December 1, 2022. She is planning a re-issue of ''Glow'' on vinyl and CD in 2023. She is currently producing self-directed music videos and "Killer" has been chosen as an Official Selection in the Five Continents International Film Festival in Venezuela. "Killer", along with "I'm Ready (More Your A$$)" are official selections in the Marilyn Monroe Film Festival in Los Angeles. Defiance, Ohio
Defiance is a city in and the county seat of Defiance County, Ohio, United States, about southwest of Toledo and northeast of Fort Wayne, Indiana, in Ohio's northwestern corner. The population was 16,494 at the 2010 census. History The city contains the site of Fort Defiance, built by General "Mad" Anthony Wayne in August 1794, during the Northwest Indian War at the confluence of the Auglaize and Maumee rivers. General Wayne surveyed the land and declared to General Scott, "I defy the English, Indians, and all the devils of hell to take it." Using the fort as a base of operations, Wayne ordered his troops to destroy Native American crops and villages within a radius of around the fort. Today a pair of cannons outside the city library on the Maumee River overlook the confluence and mark the location of Fort Defiance, along with a mounded outline of the fort walls. Samuel Clarke "Sandy" Pearlman (August 5, 1943 – July 26, 2016) was an American music producer, artist manager, music journalist and critic, professor, poet, songwriter, and record company executive. He was best known for founding, writing for, producing, or co-producing many LPs by Blue Öyster Cult, as well as producing notable albums by The Clash, The Dictators, Pavlov's Dog, and Dream Syndicate; he was also the founding Vice President of eMusic.com. Charles William Prophet (born June 28, 1963) is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist and record producer. A Californian, Prophet first achieved notice in the American psychedelic/desert rock group Green on Red, with whom he toured and recorded in the 1980s. He has also recorded a number of solo records, and gained prominence as a musician and songwriter. Dawn Richardson (born April 19, 1964) is an American rock drummer, teacher, and writer of instructional books on percussion. She is best known as drummer for the San Francisco-based band 4 Non Blondes from 1991 to 1994. Musical career Early life and education Dawn Richardson was born in Pasadena, California. At the age of 13, after a friend's idea to learn a new instrument intrigued her, she broke away from playing the trombone and picked up a set of drumsticks instead. Chris Von Sneidern
Chris Von Sneidern (born in Syracuse, New York) is an American singer-songwriter. He earned a cult following with a string of indie releases during the 1990s and 2000s. Career Von Sneidern played in a local band called the U-Turns in the early 1980s before relocating to San Francisco in 1985. In the Bay Area he played with several locally based power pop bands, including the Lost Patrol and The Sneetches (the latter as bassist), before joining Flying Color as guitarist in 1987. After Flying Color broke up in 1990, Von Sneidern hit the road with former Beat leader Paul Collins and lived for a short time in New York before returning to San Francisco to pursue a solo career.
