Jeffrey Walker (actor)
Jeffrey Walker (born 10 July 1982) is an Australian director and former actor, best known to the Australian public for his appearances as a child actor in '' Ocean Girl'' and '' Round the Twist''. He moved on to direct episodes of Australian soaps ''Neighbours'', ''Home and Away'', and '' H2O: Just Add Water''. He is married to American-born Australian actress Brooke Harman-Walker. Career Walker's first acting credit was a small role in '' The Flying Doctors'' in 1989. In 1992, he took over the role of Bronson Twist in the television series '' Round the Twist'', based on the books by Paul Jennings. In 1994 he received a leading role in '' Ocean Girl'' as "Brett Bates". He had another major role as the brother Royce on '' Mirror, Mirror''. Blue Water High
''Blue Water High'' is an Australian television drama series, broadcast by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation on ABC1 and on Austar/Foxtel Nickelodeon channel in Australia and on various channels in many other countries. Each season follows the lives of a young group of students at Solar Blue, a high-performance surf academy where several lucky 16-year-olds are selected for a 12-month-long surfing program at Bilgola Beach, Sydney. There are three series in Blue Water High. The first two series were screened in 2005 and 2006 and the producers did not intend to create a third and final series. ''City Homicide'' is an Australian television drama series that aired on the Seven Network between 27 August 2007 and 30 March 2011. The series was set on the Homicide floor of a metropolitan police headquarters in Melbourne. The main characters were six detectives, who solve the murder cases, and their three superior officers. ''City Homicide'' did not return in its regular format in 2011. A six-episode mini-series titled ''City Homicide: No Greater Honour, No Greater Honour'' was shown instead which marked the closing storyline of the series. Police Rescue
''Police Rescue'' is an Australian television series which originally aired on ABC TV between 1989 and 1996. It was produced by ABC and Southern Star Xanadu in association with the BBC. Apart from the 61 episodes, there was a 90-minute pilot episode (first screened in 1989) as well as a feature film in 1994, starring Zoe Carides. The series dealt with the New South Wales Police Rescue Squad based in Sydney and their work attending to various incidents from road accidents to train crashes. The show was very well received for the first four series, however a decline in ratings by the commencement of the 1996 series saw the cancellation of the show, following an almost epitaph in the final three episodes.
