Jeffrey A. Neubauer
Jeffrey A. Neubauer (born December 8, 1955) is an American businessman and politician who served as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, and was Chairman of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin from 1989 to 1993. Early life and education Neubauer was born on December 8, 1955, in Racine, Wisconsin. He graduated from Jerome I. Case High School in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and Stanford University, where he earned a B.A. and did graduate work. Career Neubauer started his political career as an aide to Congressman Les Aspin (WI-01). He was elected to the Assembly in 1980, where he served for four terms, leaving in 1989. After leaving office he was elected chairman of the Wisconsin Democratic Party for four years. Neubauer also served as Bill Clinton's campaign manager for Wisconsin in both 1992 and 1996; Clinton carried the state both times. Wisconsin Supreme Court
The Wisconsin Supreme Court is the highest appellate court in Wisconsin. The Supreme Court has jurisdiction over original actions, appeals from lower courts, and regulation or administration of the practice of law in Wisconsin. Location The Wisconsin Supreme Court normally sits in its main hearing room in the East Wing of the Wisconsin State Capitol building in Madison, Wisconsin. Wisconsin Court Of Appeals
The Wisconsin Court of Appeals is an intermediate appellate court that reviews contested decisions of the Wisconsin circuit courts. The Court of Appeals was created in August 1978 to alleviate the Wisconsin Supreme Court's rising number of appellate cases. Published Court of Appeals opinions are considered binding precedent until overruled by the Supreme Court; unpublished opinions are not.
